LSO Essentials

LSO Live is the LSO’s own record label with the aim to reflect the artistic priorities of the orchestra and retain the vitality of the live experience.  The label has released over 100 recordings conducted by many of the world’s greatest artists, including Sir Antonio Pappano, Sir Simon Rattle, Gianandrea Noseda, François-Xavier Roth, Sir John Eliot Gardiner, and the late Sir Colin Davis, Bernard Haitink, and Mariss Jansons. Since collecting its first Grammy Award in 2002 it has won numerous international prizes.
